These Terms & Conditions govern your use of bharatrd.com, Bharat RD accounts, test series, purchases and related services. By using the website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Bharat RD services
Bharat RD provides educational, examination-preparation and e-commerce services, including online test series and, where offered, other digital or physical products. Features, prices, access periods, attempt limits and product contents may vary and are described on the relevant product or service page.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and activity performed through your account. You must not share, sell, transfer or misuse access where the product is licensed for individual use.
3. Purchases and access
A successful payment does not by itself permit misuse or redistribution of Bharat RD content. A purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the purchased service for its intended educational purpose and for the access period or attempt limits shown at purchase.
4. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Razorpay. You agree to provide valid billing information and to comply with the payment provider’s applicable terms. Prices, discounts and promotional offers may change prospectively without affecting already completed orders except where correction is legally required.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Digital access is generally non-refundable after activation except for qualifying exceptions or rights available under applicable law.
6. Test content and results
Questions, explanations, scores, rankings, analytics and other educational material are intended to assist preparation. Bharat RD does not guarantee selection, rank, marks, employment, examination success or any particular result. Users should verify important examination information from the relevant official authority.
7. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to bypass access controls, obtain paid content without authorization, interfere with the website, exploit bugs, scrape or systematically copy protected question banks, redistribute paid content, impersonate another user, upload malicious material, or use the service unlawfully.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Bharat RD branding, original question banks, explanations, website content, layouts, graphics and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you by purchasing access.
9. Service availability
We aim to keep Bharat RD available and functioning, but maintenance, updates, hosting issues, internet outages, security events or circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause temporary interruption. We may modify or improve features while preserving purchased rights to the extent reasonably possible and required by law.
10. Suspension or termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce these Terms, comply with law or respond to unauthorized sharing. Where appropriate, we may contact the affected user or provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.
11. Third-party services
Bharat RD may use or link to third-party services such as payment processors, hosting providers or external websites. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
12. Limitation and statutory rights
To the extent permitted by law, Bharat RD is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by a court or authority having lawful jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer or other statutory rights.
